Although my spouse left a review, I felt that I needed to since I was present for the whole installation from beginning to end. Vander and his workers were excellent. I'm very happy with not only the installation, but the quality of work done. My neighbor had new floors put in two weeks after ours by a different company and the finishing work was no where near the quality that Greenyell-O Flooring Solutions did in our home. We have several other projects to be done and Vander's company will be the first we call.

You both were wonderful and very patient when it came to that 1 short t-molding, but as you both know, I did everything needed to address it promptly (faster isn't possible), the supplier did not. I'm not so sure how to improve my customer service, especially when certain elements are not under my control, but I will certainly analyse to learn where it can be improved. Thank you for that delicious chocolate chip pie you baked exclusively for us, that was special and rare.

Comments: First off, I was told by Vander Braflat that if I gave him a bad review there would be repercussions. Really? Does he threaten everyone? Is this why he has no bad reviews? Which is why we hired him in the first place. He removed tile in the whole house and replaced it with click luxury vinyl wood plank flooring. He did a good job with that but did a lot of damage in the process, of which he feels no responsibility. We have 2 broken windows, a broken sliding glass door that's hard to open and close and have to now lock with a piece of wood, which he generously provided, a damaged dishwasher, 2 destroyed custom blinds, a custom ironing board from Europe and a 3"x 4" piece of laminate broken off of the front of the pantry. Since we have a lot of nice things in our home, he made the comment several times that he didn't think money was an issue. When confronted with the damages he said the windows, dishwasher and door were old and cheap and needed to be replaced anyway. We also had him to put a marble floor in the master shower. When removing the old floor in the shower, he broke out wall tile. The whole shower then had to be removed and replaced, at no cost to him of course. Now of course, the glass enclosure for the shower had to be replaced, again no cost to him. He says we can't prove he did any damage, so he isn't responsible. If you hire this company, take pictures of EVERYTHING in your house. Also a 2 week job took 4 weeks causing us to incur additional expenses for lodging. 5/18/17 After finally getting the shower enclosure installed and getting to use it, it only takes 5 minutes to squeegee the water to the drain as the floor is tapered toward the walls instead of the drain. Oh boy what a joy, saves on using a towel though as you drip dry using the squeegee, lol.

This particular review above, I decided to copy and paste here as well, hoping that with it, I can show anyone who cares about it, how transparent I'm and that I have nothing to hide when it comes to my integrity, since she is questioning it.

​

It's been a very long time since I gave up on trying to please everyone, because we all know that, there are those who no matter what you're willing to do, you will never be able to please them, especially when that person admits to have a psychological disorder (her writing indicates that) and is under financial stress. She thought she could get new floorz installed and get: new windows, new blinds, new dishwasher, new patio door new imported European iron board and etc for free, we're not Publix nor Winn Dixie.

In this line of work and many others, I challenge anyone with years of experience and service provided, who can say "I never had any problems."

If you deal with people you are always having a chance to deal with wonderful and normals, but also with the evil or crazy ones as well.

​

Please do not let this single one to be the factor of your decision of whether you should or should not hire me, because if you like, I can provide you with references that you can actually call them and hear what they have to say. Not only those who went smooth from start to finish, but also those who for some reason we "found a little rock along the way" but the most important was that, we stuck around to remove it and get it done right to the satisfaction of our customers.

This is my own line: Jesus Christ could not please everyone, why should I think I will be the next better Jesus Christ?

Comments: Vander with Greenyell-O Flooring Solutions is a professional who handles any challenge. Vander installed Bamboo flooring, baseboards and tile flooring in my home. The end result is beautiful! We ended up tiling less area than quoted and Vander reduced the price! I would have known no difference, but he cares for his customers and his character shows that. The day I sent a request for Vander to give a quote, he called within an hour. He was able to start ahead of schedule, walked me through the process of what he was doing, and cleaned up each day as he left.
